By using our website, calling our team, or scheduling a service, you agree to the following terms which help us maintain clarity, fairness, and top-quality service for all our customers.

Scope of Services

NT Bird Net Service provides a wide range of installation services to enhance safety and hygiene in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces.

Balcony Safety Net Installation
Invisible Grill Fitting
Bird Spike Installation
Duct and Window Safety Net Solutions
Customized Safety & Netting Solutions

Each service is subject to site inspection, customer approval, and material availability.

We aim to deliver timely, safe, and satisfactory installation while respecting building regulations, society norms, and customer privacy.

Important Booking Conditions:

Bookings are confirmed only after a telephonic discussion or email confirmation.
In some cases, we may schedule a free site visit to assess the area before quoting final rates.
Appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme weather, or unavoidable delays (you’ll be informed in advance).

Once confirmed, we aim to complete the job within 24–72 hours, depending on service area and availability.

Pricing, Quotation & Payment Terms

We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Our charges depend on:

Total square feet to be covered
Type of net or material chosen (e.g., SS316 wire, HDPE, UV-coated nets)
Labour & installation complexity
Floor height or equipment required (scaffolding, ladders, etc.)

Payment Terms:

Full payment is expected upon successful completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted modes: Cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Bank Transfer.
No hidden charges – all costs will be disclosed beforehand.
GST will be applied if applicable and requested.

We do not accept advance payments without invoice or service confirmation.

Warranty, Repairs & After-Sale Support

We offer warranty support on select services, depending on the type of material installed.

Warranty Policy:

Bird Net & Safety Net: 1 to 3 years (depends on net quality)
Invisible Grill SS316: Up to 5 years rust-proof warranty
Bird Spikes: Up to 2 years (on adhesive & fixture strength)

Warranty does not cover:

Physical damage due to mishandling or external force
Alterations made by unauthorized third parties
Normal wear and tear due to weather or ageing

For minor repairs or re-installation, feel free to call us anytime. We provide quick response and affordable maintenance visits.

Cancellation, Delay & Liability Terms

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or postpone your service.

Cancellation Terms:

You may cancel your confirmed service up to 12 hours in advance without any cancellation fee.
If cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a basic visit charge may be applicable.
Rescheduling can be done based on mutual availability.

Delays:

We aim to be punctual, but delays may occur due to:

Traffic or weather issues
Delayed prior appointments
Material supply delays (you will be notified promptly)

NT Bird Net Service will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused due to delay or technical issues beyond our control.
